Independent Living - The choice for active seniors who want both comfort and convenience, without the isolation of living alone or the worries of home ownership. Included in your daily rental fee:
- 3 nutritious and tasty meals a day
- Weekly housekeeping services
- Weekly linen services
- Access to free washers & dryers for personal items
- Free transportation to scheduled doctors' offices
- Call system in each apartment to summon help
- Staff on duty 24 hours/day
- Intellectually and socially-stimulating activities
- Free parking
- Heat, air-conditioning, electric, sewer and water
Personal Care - The choice for active seniors who need some regular personal assistance, but desire to be as self-reliant as possible. Included in your daily personal care rental fee are all the amenities of Independent Living plus:
- Personal laundry services
- Nursing assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing as needed (up to 1 hour/day)
- Medication assistance services
- Daily housekeeping services as needed
Special Services - Ideal for persons with physical challenges that require an enhanced level of attention or rehabilitative support. Included in your daily rental fee are all the amenities of Personal Care plus:
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing as needed (up to 2 hours/day)
Dementia Services - Shepherd Unit - This service level is best for those with dementia or early stage Alzheimer's disease. The specially-designed environment and program address these unique needs.
