Our Pine Grove memory care community is located just thirty minutes from Lebanon and close to the Swatara Creek, which runs through the Borough and was used for transporting coal and other goods as part of the Union Canal in the early days.
This location offers dedicated Memory Care for area seniors. Our campus is designed to encourage outdoor activities with outdoor seating and a paved walking trail on our four acres of land – including a secure, enclosed courtyard for outdoor events, gardening and enjoying the scenery. The Pine Grove community is easily accessible from Interstate 81, but offers peaceful retirement living in a rural setting in Schuylkill County.

Cost of Senior Living
With our all-inclusive monthly rent, bill paying is simple. Base rent covers all meals, housekeeping, laundry, and most utilities. You can also enjoy our on-site therapy services, salon & barbershop and programming from our certified dementia caregivers and staff.

- Semi-Private Memory Care apartments starting at $4,250 per month
