My parents have been residents of Providence Place for almost a year and a half. The apartment made them feel at home immediately. Staff is caring and helpful. There is a wide range of activities. My dad smiles all of the time.

I can’t say enough great things about Providence Place of Pine Grove. From the time that we met with the administrator when we toured the facility we have been treated with kindness and respect. All staff have been very accommodating, including the maintenance staff. The nurse dept. has been amazing as well! Anytime I need to talk with them, they always seems to be on top of things involving my mother’s care. Also, I am so thankful that there is consistency with having someone available in the reception area to take our calls and to be of assistance. It’s such a relief knowing my mother is at Providence Place, I can certainly sleep better at night knowing she is in such good care!

I love living at Providence Place! People who work here show me daily that they care for me and want to help me live an enjoyable life. The food is great! My apartment is cleaned weekly! If I have a concern or a need, I know I can go to someone in management for assistance. I feel safe and happy here. I highly recommend that you take a visit and see for yourself.

My mother and father received the most wonderful, compassionate assistance and care at Providence Place of Chambersburg, making their final years happy and comfortable. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and flexible, and they go out of their way to make every day a nice experience. I highly recommend this assisted living facility!

Providence Place is a home away from home that strives to provide a strong sense of community and friendships. The leadership team is personable, professional, and infinitely flexible. They are clearly experts in this field of care, and they consistently strive to provide the the highest quality of nursing care, cleanliness, food, activities, visiting speakers, and services possible. I have always appreciated the staff’s insights, observations, and proactive communication regarding my mother’s care. They are thorough and supportive, while maintaining respect for the residents and encouraging them to live as independently as possible. Connections Club memory care program has helped my mom to feel engaged, active, and socially connected to others over the years. The many activities provided by this program have helped keep my mom socially active, feeling positive, and supported in a safe environment as her memory care needs increased. I also appreciate the convenience of requesting regular, recurring hair services for my mom, or a ride to the doctor’s office, and to have these services included on my monthly bill. The staff is proactive, communicative, honest, and always very professional. In the 6+ years my mom has lived at Providence Place, I can attest to the high standards the leadership team has established and have instilled in every aspect of this community.
